We have succeeded in reducing the size and increase efficiency with our customed designed transformer. We are always meeting the needs of each production line and/or customer, providing adequate output without floor -switching. Hence, designing of a lighter body matches the conditions of the customer. Today, this latest technology, that we have been actively working on, is utilized not only in the printing machines, like as, large sheet-fed, business form, seat label printers, but also, in woodworking process, semi-conductor manufacturing, photo regist of printing base plate, etc.,etc.
UV sterilization device was born by continuous R&D of our specialist professional staffs. UV lamp is succeeded to have longer period and higher power of UV wavelength range of 254nm, which is necessary for sterilization. In order to let UV lamp demonstrate its full capacity, it is very necessary to develop unique UV sterilization device gathering the technology and know-how. For its purpose, we have developed each component, such as, efficient compact electronic ballast, protection quartz tubes for high transmittance of UV light, special mirror grinding for the inside of chamber born from the ultra-pure water technology and excellent
system for easy maintenance.
Today, this type of devices are highly evaluated, certified and well accepted in various fields, such as, sterilization of ultra-pure water manufacturing and water treatment system in the factory of semi-conductor and liquid crystal display, disinfection of drinking water, secondary cleansing treatment of water in pool, pasteurization of oysters, sterilization and deodorization of dampening water in printing process.
Making continuous R&D for new materials and parts which compose a lump, and also introducing new technology to the production line, we have succeeded in increasing radically the output intensity and in reducing the depreciation factor to radiate UV wave range of 254nm, which is necessary for sterilization.
Normal protection tubes used for the chamber of UV sterilization device, are made from hard melting quartz glass, whose transmission rate of UV wavelength of 254nm is 60%. Comparing to them, our specially processed tube can transmit approx. 90%.
Our electronic ballast is specially developed in compact size for one lamp use in order to let discharging tube demonstrate its full capacity. Since it is one lamp use, there is not the possibility 2-lamps will be off at the same time. As the wiring is one touch type, user can change it easy and smoothly, in case that is out of order.
